What to do there?
In Almancil there is a karting track if you need to burn off that adrenalin. There is also an Aqua Park (10 mins drive on the other side of Quarteira) and a Swim with Dolphins experience and Theme Park (30 mins drive on the motorway — Zoomarine). Within a couple of hundred metres walk in the local village of Vale Formoso you will find a one Star Michelin Guide Restaurant: “Henrique Leis” with international, French and author kitchen, or even “A Quinta” restaurant.
